Party
San Francisco is known world-wide for its arts and culture. The center of the counter-culture movement of the 1960’s, an early haven for acceptance of LGBT culture in the 70’s, home of the World Series and epicenter of the Loma Prieta earthquake in 1989, where fortunes were made and lost in the dot-com of the 90’s, and the rise of Web 2.0 and hipster culture, we feel it is our obligation, nay, our duty to throw a great party for our visiting Plonistas.
We will be pulling from many local arts communities to host a unique and inspiring evening of entertainment. We hope (but don’t promise) to have fire, music, robots, DJ’s, performers, lasers, and fire-breathing robots*. As details unfold, we will be updating this section with information about the performances and our sponsors.
The cost of the party and transportation to and from the party is included in your registration price, so don’t worry about being left behind. We’re still looking for sponsors to help defer the costs of not only the party, but transportation for 400, so if you’re looking for something to plaster your name all over, head on over to our sponsorship page for more information.
* - We’ll see about the fire-breathing robots...but we’re trying!!
