Planning Wiki for our LinuxWorld SF presence.

Booth Staffing

Conference staff has emphasized the importance of having our booth staffed for the whole conference.  Please add your name to the table for the times you can staff the booth.  Ideally we should have at least 2+ people present for each time slot.

Print Collateral

PloneLounge Banner - We need to print a large banner from one of the PloneLounge logos [2] [3, illustrator files] that spanky has made.  Anyone have a large format printer we can use for printing?

Mini Posters - Perhaps we could have a few  medium size (11"x17" ?) posters that show some of Plone's features. Ideas:  Kupu, Ploneboard, Image gallery view... what else?

Plone Flyers - Plone Datasheet provided by Munwar, bringing ~500 copies.  Limi is working on a print version of the plone.org homepage which can be distributed at LWSF.

PloneLounge Cards - Small-ish cards with plonelounge URL to connect SF Bay area people with the group.

Raffle Items

So far the following items have been donated for the raffle.

We are still seeking more raffle items.

Raffle Information Collection Policy

You will be notified of winning via email, so, to win, you must give us a  valid email address. We will share your name and email with the prize  sponsors, who may contact you once to describe their services. We will send  you an email to remind you about PloneLounge, and to let you know how to join  our mailing list. Otherwise, we will not share you email, nor contact you.

Other Ideas

Projector demo?  Could we produce a short (3-5 min) screencast that shows some of plone's cool features.  We could have this on repeat to catch peoples' interest as they walk by.

Do we want to so scheduled demos of specific technologies in Plone, e.g. AGX demo at 2pm?  Case study at 11am? etc.

We should probably circulate our cell numbers (off-web/list?) so that people working the booth can coordinate at the event as need be.
