The EVENT

Bringing back old Plone traditions and breaking ground on new ones, this year's event has something for everyone.

There will be 4 main tracks for the conference this year: beginner and intermediate Plone, advanced Plone, open spaces, and related technologies.

Open spaces all day? We've got it! Snuggle up with 20 of your closest friends to talk about security, themeing, or deployment strategies. We'll provide the space, you provide the content.

Related technology talks? We've got that too. The Bay Area is exploding with Py-Love and we are bringing in some of our favorite speakers from Python to Pyramid to WSGI and beyond.

Of course we'll load you up with plenty of Plone as well. Case studies, tips, and tricks of the trade will all be available as you have come to expect. New for this year are extreme talks: talks that have no introduction and dive right into nitty-gritty detail.

Don't forget to schedule time to learn from the masters. Plone training is a great way to get into a new part of the stack or just beef up and solidify current skills. From theming to basic Python, you can't go wrong.

After loading up on Plone knowledge, stick around for the sprints to put it right to work. Most people learn more from sprinting than training and talks combined. If you have never sprinted before this is a great time to give it a shot: you never hear people say "I regret staying for the sprints."
