Mission
The main goals for the 2011 Plone Conference are simple and straightforward:
- Promote Plone as a world-class, enterprise ready, best-in-class CMS.
- Raise awareness of the benefits of Plone and the Open Source ecosystem within the Silicon Valley mindset, and showcase Plone as a leader in this very competitive marketplace.
- To provide an affordable, practical, welcoming, and functional environment for the Plone community to interact and learn from each other.
- Establish a framework for future Plone Conference hosts to leverage without having to “reinvent the wheel” each time.
We know that many attendees will be take time away from their work and familiars to attend the conference so it is our goal to provide exciting and enriching education and entertainment for a variety of interests.
